ABOUT TIFFANY
I am Anishinaabe from Cote First Nation and based in Treaty 1 Territory (Winnipeg, Manitoba). I am an educator, life and wellness coach, facilitator, and community advocate whose work is grounded in connection, wellness, and growth.
My approach is shaped not only by my professional training and experience, but also by personal experience with grief and by being part of an intergenerational school survivor family. These experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience, healing, and the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces for growth and change.
Through coaching, facilitation, consulting, and community-based work, I support individuals, organizations, and communities in building clarity, confidence, and capacity. My approach is practical, grounded, and focused on helping people move forward in meaningful and sustainable ways.
Drawing on my background in education, sport, modeling, cultural programming, fashion, and community engagement, I create spaces that support reflection, learning, and empowerment. I am committed to uplifting those around me by creating opportunities that support wellness, leadership, creativity, and lifelong learning.
